Danior Catering was founded on the Central Coast by hospitality partners Lannon Rust and Chef Spencer Johnston—two longtime friends who share a deep love for food, craftsmanship, and the power of gathering around a table.

Over the years, Danior has evolved into a boutique catering company known for elevated menus, thoughtful service, and beautifully orchestrated events. Our approach blends the artistry of fine dining with the warmth and authenticity of true hospitality. Every menu is rooted in seasonal California ingredients, sourced from the farmers, foragers, ranchers, and makers who define our region.

But Danior is about more than food.

We take time to understand each client’s vision, designing events that feel personal, intentional, and grounded in story.
