Troy is a Certified Sommelier who founded Terroir To You in 2020 as a higher-end private wine and food experience: tastings hosted in your home or rental, custom flights sourced from around the world, full stemware, and a teaching style that makes the "why" behind a pairing click without the wine snobbery.
For this dinner, Troy is curating four wines to walk alongside a four-course tasting menu from Chef Spencer Johnston. Both of them will be in the room with you all night.
